Stuck in Skyblock portal

Ironstien Posts: 17 Votes: +4 LEVEL 0 Untagged users	Hey all, Starting playing again on Skyblock and enjoying the challenges. I created a portal and went to the nether. When trying to go back through the portal I have ended up stuck on someone elses island and can't move. Could someone please tp me back to my island?
